2024-2025 REC TEAMs

​JUNIOR REC (Level 1) SUNSET:

  • Age 10-16 years.

  • Practice commitment: 6 months

  • Session: September 15th 2024 - February 2025.

  • Practice once a week for 1 hour.

  • Performance at Winter Showcase in December & Spring Showcase in March.

  • Practice time: Sundays - 1:00pm-2:00pm (Gym A)

​MINI REC (Level 1) SUNRISE:

  • Age 7-9 years.

  • Practice commitment: 6 months

  • Session: September 15th 2024 - February 2025.

  • Practice once a week for 1 hour.

  • Performance at Winter Showcase in December & Spring Showcase in March.

  • Practice time: Sundays - 1:00pm-2:00pm (Gym B)

Our Rec Teams are an option for entry level athletes, age 6+, who are looking for a team with a lower time commitment than our Elite, Novice, and Prep Teams and or are not yet ready to commit to competition cheer.

For further details on costs, important dates, and time commitment please email us for a copy of our Registration Package released by early May 2024.

Registration opens at 12pm on May 8th for returning members and 4pm for new members.
