Drop in Open Gym! Athletes are welcome to come work on their skills on their own or with each other while being supervised by coaches. 

 

Open gym is unstructured free time for athletes to improve their skills. Supervised by a certified Island Elite coach. First-time participants must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian in order to participate. Our address is #103 - 3372 Luxton Rd. in Langford.​​
