TUMBLING FOR DANCERS
Tumbling For Dancers is designed for Competitive Dancers looking for specialized tumbling training to achieve the tumbling skills they need to transfer into their chosen style of dance. We provide safe, technical training to build the foundation of strong tumbling skills. Classes have a 1:8 coach to athlete ratio. Athletes will work on conditioning, flexibility, tumbling technique, progressions and drills in order to advance their tumbling skills.
Classes are once a week on Sundays. Each class is 90 minutes in duration. The spring session includes 10 weeks, however there is a 2 week break in the middle of the session due to a scheduled gym closure. See details below:
4:45pm-6:15pm (1.5 hrs)
April 11th-May 9th (5 weeks)
*Gym closed for mini break for two weeks between May 15th-30th*
May 30th-June 27th (5 more weeks)
$285 + GST for 10 weeks total.
