Spring Training for Beginners is a 5 week session with practices running on Saturdays for 1 hour/week.
Ages 8-12 practice Saturdays from 12:30pm-1:30pm
Ages 13-18 practice Saturdays from 1:30pm-2:30pm
Spring Training is a 5 week, non-competitive session offered for those who are new to cheer. This is the perfect opportunity for beginners to cheer to learn all of the basics in areas such as tumbling, jumps, dance, motions, performance, as well as stunting & pyramids!
Tryouts for our competitive season follow Spring Training at the beginning of June. Athletes who wish to continue into competitive cheer will have the opportunity to try out for a competitive team in June once Spring Training is Complete or join our Recreational Performance Team in the fall!
