Spring Intro-To-Cheer is a 4 week session with practices running on Sundays for 1 hour/week.

Ages 6-10 practice Sundays from 10:30am-11:30am (option A)

Ages 6-10 practice Sundays from 11:30am-12:30pm (option B)


Ages 11-15 practice Sundays from 12:30pm-1:30pm

Advanced Ages 8-14 practice Sundays from 1:30-2:30pm

(returners to cheer spring session)

Spring Training is a 4 week, non-competitive session offered for those who are new to cheer. This is the perfect opportunity for beginners to cheer to learn all of the basics in areas such as tumbling, jumps, dance, motions, performance, as well as stunting & pyramids!

Tryouts for our competitive season follow Spring Training at the beginning of June. Athletes who wish to continue into competitive cheer will have the opportunity to try out for a competitive team in June once Spring Training is Complete or join our Recreational Performance Team in the fall!
